  1. Chamomile Tea Perhaps one of the most common herbal teas; well known for its calming effects and aid in sleeping. Studies have been carried out into the effectiveness of camomile teat on sleep issues. One study found that drinking camomile tea for two weeks helps improve postpartum women’s sleep quality and they also saw a decrease in symptoms of depression. Another study found that drinking camomile tea marginally improved patients suffering from insomnia.
